Confused By Apple Downloaded Data

I downloaded my data from all of my Apple accounts, and I don't really understand any of it. For example, the file "Apple ID and Account Info.csv" has a ridiculously long number of columns, almost all of which I'm unfamiliar with that don't even show data, with the exception of "Pending" for Cross Border Consent(?!)
