Why don't I ever get replies to my questions on the Community?

Currently you are showing only 2 posts that you have continued to be subscribed to where you will get notifications of responses. There has been a glitch that moderators are working on where notification emails are not getting sent properly, but I would expect that to be resolved soon. The 2 posts you are showing are here and the other one does show a reply:

You get there by clicking your user icon in the upper right and choose My Subscriptions. There are other questions that you have posted that you may no longer be following. These were found with a simple google search and you can subscribe to them again if you wish. If you previously posted under a different user name then that is not shown here:

you are asking other end users about something only Apple would know, and Apple does not respond here.

Regarding the other half of your question, posts may not be answered for a variety of reasons:

• No one who was interested or able to answer it saw the post. This happens a lot as the forum is like a firehose.
• Your subject line was unclear (though I don't think that was the case here).
• Your post didn't give enough information about your problem or was unclear.
• Your post was removed by the Hosts
• Posts are sometimes not answered if they seem rude or combative or if they are typed all in caps. You didn't do this but it does happen.
