computer is blocked
Computer was blocked. Gave an ip address which is probably mine. Said do not shut down. Said to call 86*******2 which they said was Apple support. How do I get
this going again

Beware: 866-581-4412 is not Apple Support. Do not call it.
In what way is your Mac 'blocked'? What messages appear on screen?
