Path to Apple Card

The first step on my path to the Apple Card was to pay off a four dollar charge that was charged off from my bank account however, that has been paid off for a long time, way before I even applied for the Apple Card. It had been paid off, but it’s not showing as paid and I’ve even asked the bank about it and they said that it does show is paid on their end so I’m not sure how to update that or what I need to do to make sure that it gets updated

Goldman Sachs Bank, issuer of Apple Card MasterCard, uses your TransUnion credit report for reviewing your progress. Please contact TransUnion and confirm that your credit report is accurately reflecting your payment. Goldmans Sachs may also be using ChexSystems for your banking accounts and you’ll need to review your credit report there as well.

TransUnion Consumer Relations: 2 Baldwin Place P.O. Box 1000 Chester, PA 19022 1-800-888-4213

Request your report from ChexSystems and review for errors and if necessary file a dispute with them.
