Apple Thunderbolt 27 display to MacMini connect problem

Hi,

MacOS Monterey.

I tried to connect Thunderbolt 27 display to Mac Mini using these adapters:

USB-C to Thunderbolt 2;

MiniDisplayPort to HDMI UGREEN;

MiniDisplayPort to HDMI DEXP;

It's always stay black and did not responding. I checked monitor using old MacBook Pro and cable - it's working. Checked HDMI adapters with same notebook and it's also working.

Any idea why this happened and how to fix?
