Notes Disappeared overnight

I have an IPhone 13 Max Pro. Updated to current IOS. I opened my notes today to add a note and all of my notes disappeared. No folders to see, no deleted notes. If I try to add a note, it doesn’t save. What is going on?

How can I recover disappeared Notes on iPhone? I literally just opened my phone today, and all my notes have disappeared. When I tried to create a new note, I could write something, and when I hit done it wouldn’t appear on the main screen. The only thing that is visible on the main screen is a “Folder” title, and the search bar (which doesn’t show any results when I search something) my storage, both iCloud and iphone, aren’t completely full. On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, turn off Notes, restart your iPhone and turn Notes back on. Wait a few minutes for the notes to be downloaded from iCloud.
