Will factory resetting my old iPad affect my iPhone and new iPad?

I’m quite new to having apple products and I’ve never had to reset an iPad before, so it’s making me very worried as I want to reset my old iPad but I don’t know if it’ll affect my iPhone and the new IPad.

I’ve had the new iPad for months now as my old one needed to be factory reset to be fixed, but I’m very scared that it’ll delete my data and account on my other devices.

What do I have to do to make it not be connected to my apple account so it doesn’t delete it?

iPad Air 3, iPadOS 17

no, it will not

it would be very impractical that whenever wanting to sell ones apple device would result in total data loss from icloud and all devices
