I would like to upgrade a MacBook Pro late 2014 running macOS Sierra to the latest possible. The support site says it can be upgraded to macOS Catalina. When I check for upgrades, it does not show any upgrades available. Is there a specific process to follow given the number of upgrades needed? Any help would be appreciated.
