Why is my Keyboard on iPhone not appearing when I log in

When I try to enter email or password when logging in to apps, no keyboard comes up.

No keyboard in Login Overlay I‘m on an iPhone 15 Pro 256GB iOS 18.1.1 sometimes when a slide up overlay pops up e.g. to log in or to provide a password I‘m not able to activate the text field so the keyboard shows up. if there is links on the screen k can choose them but im not even able to ‚paste‘ from my clipboard. sometimes before I‘m not able to type a message appears. no Chance to Log in, even after restating iPhone. in another app i was able to klick the „fotgott password“ link, after cnaceling that i could luckily paste stuff into the text field to login, bit still no keyboard

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
