To help with FCP I have bought a Crucial 1 TB NVMe and a Thunderbolt enclosure.
The Crucial NVMe has a paper (?) sticker on each side covering the electronics.
Do these have to be left in place or must they be removed?
Mac mini, macOS 14.7
The user manual has nothing about anything!
No mention on the Crucial website.
So I assumed the NVMe had to be installed intact and did not remove anything.
I checked that paper only combusts at around 450 degrees Fahrenheit and the NVMe should never reach 200.
Does the user manual say anything about them?
