Unable to accept iCloud terms and conditions on iPhone

Got a message to accept new terms and conditions for iCloud when I tried to go through the process it says this action cannot be completed at this time…anyone else have the same issue and how do I get past this ❓restarting the phone make no difference… TIA

It might be that you don't have enough storgage on your phone to install the update. You need at the bare minimum of 16.5GB but it varies from device to device. You should have a least 20 GB of free storage to install the latest updates. To find out how much free space you have go to General-->About. Scroll down until you see Available. If you are satisfied that you have enough space look on the T&C. There should be a notice on it telling you how much space is required. If you are running iOS 17 try to update to iOS 18.1. If everything lines up and you still can't accept the T & C, I would suggest you get hold of Apple. Official Apple Support
