Ticketmaster event tickets have a button to add to Apple wallet. When I press it, an Apple Pay advertisement asking for me to activate it comes up. There appears to be no way to get rid of the advertisement and add the tickets. Frustrating. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

You’re welcome. I’m sorry I didn’t take a closer look at the browser before. Safari is the best choice, then Google Chrome and after that, pretty much it’s hit or miss. Sorry again.
Hi Jeff - it’s a straight up redirect to an official Apple Pay advertisement. I’ve successfully added tics from Ticketmaster before. iPhone 11 Pro is updated to 18.1. The Ticketmaster link showing tics available is from an email and the Ticketmaster app is up to date. Thanks!
Ticketmaster is using the wrong link. When you click the link on the Ticketmaster site, it should add the card directly to the Wallet. Instead it’s to a promotion that Apple is offering. Ticketmaster needs to fix their link in order for you to add the tickets. Please contact Ticketmaster support team for further assistance.
Hi Jeff - I also cannot add tickets from Phipps Conservatory. I forwarded to my wife and she is able to add them to her wallet. When I tap the radio button ADD TO APPLE WALLET, there is no ADD button on the next screen.
The default browser is DuckDuckGo. The shield represents site protections - prevents tracking on that browser.
Because you asked about it, I changed the default browser to Safari and am able to add passes.
That workaround is good enough for now. Thank you for your help, Jeff.
These are Ticketmaster issues. I doubt it’s an Apple advertisement. What device are you using? Is it updated to latest OS version? Is Ticketmaster app updated? What web browser are you using?
So when you tap the link in the email what happens?
