When I click on the GET button, it tells me that it cannot find the file or that my computer is not compatible. I looked into more information and found that the MacBook Air is compatible with Ventura.

It is a 13” 2017 year model. It appears to not be compatible with Ventura. Compatibility starts with 2018.
