I have an Apple series 9 watch and and iPhone 14pro phone . I try to update my Apple Watch via the Watch app on my iPhone, there keeps coming a message that I have to update my iPhone first, but when I go to Settings to check, I already have the newest update. Does anyone know how to fix this bug?

Watch OS 11 will require your phone to be running iOS 18 or higher (currently at 18.1).
If you have an iPhone 14 Pro as indicated, it can be updated to iOS 18.
