I can't use AmEx in Apple Wallet on new iPhone15 and the SEID reads all zeros. AmEx has begun investigation but am hoping someone has an idea of why the SEID is all zeros. Thanks

If the iPhone SEID is zero (Settings > General > About > SEID), then update to iOS 18.1 if not already, check the SEID again, and then contact Apple Support.

Your NFC module may be malfunctioning. In any event, the model has no serviceable parts and must be replaced by Apple. If you’re in the US please call 1-800-MY-APPLE or outside the US, consult the support articles below.
