How long has my phone been call forwarding with out my knowledge and to wear?

Call forwarding on your device can be shut off here. It is likely already off.

What is more likely is that your issue involves your cell provider and you would need to contact them for assistance.
We can't see your device, much less read your mind. We rely on you to give us enough information so that we can understand your issue if we are to help. We need a full description of the issue, information on what devices or machines you're referring to, the operating system (and version of it) currently on the machine. What you expect to happen, and where it fails. Err on giving too much information rather than too little.
Most likely what you're seeing is connected with the forward to voicemail on no answer or call rejection.
It's normal.
Stop messing around with things you don't understand. It will only make you paranoid.
