FCP 11 Transcribing to captions won't download

Just got the FCP 11 update. Very excited but I can't get the new auto captions feature to work. When you first choose Transcribe to Captions it should download the feature to work. I get the downloading status bar but nothing happens. Iv'e tired different networks and left it for hours and it still doesn't download. Anyone else experiencing this?

MacBook Air, macOS 15.1

Fixed. It wouldn't download on a 5g network. I connected to a wifi network and it worked immediately.
