Does the Apple Vision Pro have a Media Engine?

I have reviewed the tech specs page for the AVP and I noticed that there is no mention of a Media Engine. The page does list the media types the AVP can read/play.

I then reviewed the iPad with the M2 chip tech specs page and I found that the M2 iPad has a Media Engine.

I then was wondering if the Media Engine is its own chip that can be placed in different products separately. But I’m thinking it’s baked in to the SoC (M2 Chip itself).

Back when I first purchase the AVP, I worked through an issue with Apple Support and a as side conversation we discussed this briefly… he had no clue as the AVP was fresh on the market and they had limited knowledge of the product.

Looking at the marketing images used to illustrate the Apple Silicon chips, the Media Engine is highlighted on the artwork.

Can anyone tell me if the AVP does if fact have a Media Engine? If so what specs can be listed?
