Monthly deduction of 12€ even though no purchase has been made

I've been charged €12 for 2 months now, even though I don't buy anything... It's impossible to know what this represents. How can I contact APPLE?

If it is showing up monthly, it may be a subscription of some kind. Check it out via these steps:
