iPhone audio and video calls tracking

Hello. I have been facing a problem since one month. I live with a person for last one month and that person is able to track my iPhone audio and video calls. I have checked each and every thing in my Iphone I couldn't see any software installed or any devices access other than my iPhone and Apple watch. I did not share my apply ID password with that perosn neither the google account password. I currently have no sim in my Iphone but i share the same wifi with that person.

i am unable to understand how can he track my all calls.

That person has Iphone 15 pro max. And i have Iphone 14 pro max. The iphone that i use was gifted by that person. But i made my own Apple which was not shared with anyone.

Using that person’s WiFi affecting my privacy? Is there some software installed which i still cant see?

but one point is that person is tracking my calls since i have started living with that person. Before that it was not possible for that person to track me because i was living in another country.

what measures should i take now to protect my privacy.

Yes that person gave me this phone

Then we can't possible know what they may have installed on the phone. Since there are obviously trust issues, this is between you and this person. I can tell you if it were me, I'd give the phone back to them, find another place to live and buy my own iPhone. But that's perhaps just me.

In my case its not possible. What if that person is your spouse.

I'm sorry. But this is a trust issue between you and your spouse. We don't know what they've done with your iPhone. And we really can't offer much support in cases of mistrust. If you have the opportunity while you are out and about, stop by your closest Apple Store and ask them to check your phone for anything unusual installed on it.

Then look for another explanation. Your phone has not been ‘hacked’. Doing so is not impossible, but the tools required to do so are incredibly expensive.

WhatsApp is not an Apple product or service. Apple has no control over it. If you believe your WhatsApp calls are being tracked/tapped then stop using WhatsApp, cancel your WhatsApp account, and delete the app from your device.
