Remotely Erasing with a Third-Party App:

You Can't with your iPhone: But, for note, you can use LoJack for this, on a Mac. But you'd need to have it previously installed. So, look into getting it on your Mac: ‎LoJack Go on the App Store

Unfortunately, if you did not have Find My turned on, you won’t be able to track it or erase it.
