App Opening with different animation iOS!

My apps are opening in a different animation rather than zooming in from the app icon like it usually does on ios…Any ideas why is this happening ?

Anyways this animation is kinda cool but this doesn’t happen all the time…Randomly this animation comes up…

I’m not able to upload the video…Im using 16 plus just 15 days old from purchase date…
