iPhone location issue in Britain

My phone constantly shows I’m in France. I’ve checked the settings and the location in Britain, I’ve done a reset but it doesn’t make any difference. Searching google shows France/euros, when I scroll down to location I tap ‘use current location’ and it usually takes 3 goes before it works. I have to do this every time
