Your Mac simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display and up to 3840-by-2160 resolution at 60Hz on an external display. One external display.
The only workaround is a dock that uses DisplayLink (software instead of hardware support for the second display, usually not an optimal solution).
Generally, if you want >1 external display you should be looking at a MacBook Pro (even then, check specs – some entry level MBPs support only one). The most recent MacBook Air (M3) does support two displays but only with the lid closed.
