Google ads services blocked on iPhone since ios 18.1 update

Every time I try to access any Google ad or sponsored link in Google it says the specified hostname cannot be found. It doesn’t matter what browser I use; Google, Chrome, Safari, DuckDuckGo - I can’t seem to fix it. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Sponsored (ad) links suddenly won’t open with any browser on iPhone XR. Out of the blue all sponsored links won’t open on my iPhone XR. Which is very frustrating because when you try to shop online almost all links are blocked. I have tried everything I can find suggested online. Turned off all adblockers, did factory reset on phone, etc. When I try to open the links a similar error message comes up in safari and chrome and regular google browser. Have spent hours trying to solve. Is there anything I can do?? Will they help me fix it if I take it to an Apple Store? Any suggestions appreciated.🙏
