Hi, purchased an iPhone 16 pro max almost a year (December will make it a year) and out of a sudden half the screen just turn white.
anyway we can have this issue resolved? It did not fall or was any liquid pulled on it.
what could be the cause for this and what can we do to repair it?
The iPhone 16 pro max came out in September of this year, you didn't purchase an iPhone 16 last year in December. Perhaps you have an iPhone 15 pro max.

What you are seeing is most likely a hardware issue and the screen or phone will need to be replaced.
Sorry it is the IPhone 15 pro max. The issue here is that the phone is in Liberia, West Africa so I don’t have it physically with me but is used by my girlfriend. Any tips or suggestions we can apply?
