How to unblock Spotify emails on iCloud?

Basically, I can’t get emails from Spotify on my iCloud account. For some reason they’ve been blocked. How do I unblock them? They send me codes and stuff so I can get into my account and I can’t get those codes because they’re on a block list that I cannot access.
