Camera app occasionally crashing iPhone 16 Plus

Occasionally, when launching the camera app from the lock screen, the entire phone will shutdown instead of launching the app. Screen goes blank, and after a few seconds, the apple logo appears - showing phone has restarted. This happens randomly and doesn't seem to have a specific trigger to when its going to happen. Running 18.0.1 on iPhone 16 Plus 128GB.

Camera delay and black screen on iPhone 16 Hello, lately I've noticed that whenever I open the camera through the camera control button, the picture freezes for 2-3 seconds and then everything is fine until a few hours later. Sometimes it's just a black screen for a few seconds and then it's fine again. It's not a big deal but it's very annoying. Does anyone else have this problem and do you have any solutions? iPhone 16 Pro camera freezes, requires phone restart Have had issues with camera freezing on iPhone 16 Pro (iOS Version 26.2.1) since I got the device over a year ago. Camera opens up and is usable immediately after restart, but eventually (after several opens) it begins freezing and renders the camera unusable until it the entire phone is restarted again. Doesn't matter how the app is opened. Is not resolved with a simple camera restart - must restart the phone itself. Storage is not the issue (has 50GB remaining). Camera is clean/debris free. Restarting is only a very temporary fix. Was set up initially using my Apple ID with photos going back to 2014. Is there a fix for this or am I just out of luck?
