Zscaler won't open on my Mac - I click the icon and it does not open

I downloaded the ZScaler and when I click on the application icon it does not open. I have reinstalled, restarted several times. Is there some system preferences that need to change? Or any other solutions. This is what I downloaded: Zscaler-osx-4.3.0.233-installer.pkg iMac OS Sonoma 14.7, 3.7 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, 128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4.

I don't think it will be a setting on your Mac. The app, may or may not, be compatible with the version of macOS it is running.


If your company requires this, you should contact them first for assistance.


Is this a situation that you want to use your personal computer for company work and they require that you install this security suite before you can access their network?
