I downloaded the ZScaler and when I click on the application icon it does not open. I have reinstalled, restarted several times. Is there some system preferences that need to change? Or any other solutions. This is what I downloaded: Zscaler-osx-4.3.0.233-installer.pkg iMac OS Sonoma 14.7, 3.7 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, 128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4.

Where did you download this app from? Have you contacted the Zscaler Support folks yet?
I don't think it will be a setting on your Mac. The app, may or may not, be compatible with the version of macOS it is running.
If your company requires this, you should contact them first for assistance.
Is this a situation that you want to use your personal computer for company work and they require that you install this security suite before you can access their network?
The link was sent to me by my company. I have not contacted ZScaler yet as I thought it may be a setting on my Mac

I just found the issue in my System settings >Login Items that ZScaler was turned off. It is launching now !!!!! Thank You
