I have been charged more on Apple Pay than the invoice for my purchase

Invoice - £17.49

Apple Pay receipt - £20.99

I have tried to schedule a call. Unfortunately I missed the first call (which ironically came immediately) and now it won't let me schedule another call. I can't find a chat either.

If merchant hasn’t responded after multiple attempts, you can dispute the charge with the bank that issued the card you used.

Apple Pay is a payment service. Apple is not a bank or credit card processor. All Pay insures a secure transaction and protects your personal and financial information. But Apple cannot change the price of a transaction.
