I have fraudulent apple pay charges on my account from a "friend" of mine he went in my phone and sent 2 different transaction to himself when I told him I didn't have the money to send him. One for 50$ and another for 75$ and told me he's not paying me back cause I had the money.

Contact your local police and file a report. Did the person use Apple Cash or how exactly did they send the funds?
