I have deleted and blocked a conversation on my iPhone and it continues to show up on my watch. I see this has been asked before and over 100 people have said the same thing is happening, but we’ve got no responses other than make sure that your mirroring your iPhone and in both instances the answer has been yes that is happening so it’s something else. Any ideas?

Watch SMS are not deleted when deleting them from the phone. SMS must be deleted manually from Watch.

Are you using iMessage or a 3rd party app for your conversations?
Did you already try to force restart the watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
Also force restart your iPhone.

I have tried everything you have suggested. It still happens on my watch AND my iPad.
