Just for reference, I’m currently using an iPhone 13 Pro. I noticed that my phone does not have the “Add eSIM” option. My phone model number is A2639. Hope someone can help me regarding this issue. Thanks.

You have a phone that is designated for sale in China.......where carriers do not use eSIM, so your phone is dual SIM.
If you want your phone to have eSIM capability, you will need a different phone.....and.....a carrier that supports eSIM.

That model is for the Chinese market, and will not have eSIM capability.
