You are being scammed and just gave that person your money. Apple will not give you the time and date of redemption, in fact they specifically tell you not to do what you just did. Being that it is Bitcoin related, you are even more susceptible to being scammed. This page also has a link to contact Apple, but don't expect that they will be able to help.
