iPhone 12, iOS 18. At the Setting screen, the top part where it shows Apple account, iCloud+ and more is grey out. How can I undo it? Is my screen is locked by other devices?

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Accounts and choose Allow. Wait a few seconds for your Apple Account to be accessible again.
