I'm reaching out again regarding a persistent issue with the predictive text feature on my iPhone.

Previously, when I brought this to your attention, I received vague answers that did not resolve the problem.

The auto-complete suggestions fail to remember the words I frequently use and constantly reset to default suggestions.

This has made the feature practically unusable for me.

I am disappointed with the lack of a proper response and resolution.
