Hello Mrsdork,


Yes, you can. First, make sure that you can converse with Siri even when your phone is locked:

  • On your iPhone, go to Settings -> Apple Intelligence and Siri (or just Siri) -> toggle on Allow Siri When Locked


Now, you can make calls using Siri:


Make a call on iPhone - Apple Support
