Can I use Siri when my iPhone is locked?

Hi! Can I make a call with Siry without need to have my phone unlocked? Only with recognize my vois?

Can I tell Siri to make a call on my iPhone through my iPad? Is it possible to tell the tablet to make the phone ring? The phone is lying nearby, it is synchronized with the tablet. Maybe I need to activate the continuous access feature. (It’s inconvenient to ask iPhone directly to call someone, because, as far as I know, 4s requires to press the home button to activate voice commands, and the tablet responds to “ok, Siri”) Thx [Edited by Moderator]

If you set the appropriate 3rd option in Settings>Siri & Search>Allow Siri When Locked. = ON, it should work.
