Multiple emails on iPhone and iCloud

Does every email account that I add to my iPhone (Gmail, yahoo, etc..) add to the iCloud storage on my iCloud account? Does it count for storage towards my iCloud account?

ICloud - 2 iCloud emails - cannot access my 2 TB storage with 2nd email. Capped at 5GB Can I increase the storage from max 5GB for my second (and now most used) iCloud email, to use the 2TB I am paying for? Plenty of space free!!!
