Would like to purchase the new Outlander season 7 part 2 , why is it still unavailable to buy on Apple TV/ iTunes with only 4 days to go?

I don’t know what exactly is happening with AppleTV but they dropped the ball on this one. I’ve been able to preorder episodes/seasons of Outlander (and other shows) in the past. However with this weird Season 7 Part 2 issue there was no option to preorder or even buy. It’s a joke. When will season 7 episode 9 be released?
