Since getting the new update on my phone I have been having this problem, it was fine before. Now a few people have text saying it says it has delivered there end but i never receive it. Any ideas? This causes so many issues

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
I am not receiving text message even though it says delivered on the other end
