Green Screen issue on my iPhone 13 after iOS 18 update

I’m using an iPhone 13, and after the latest update, my phone screen turned green. The icons are no longer visible, though I can still receive calls.

Could you please help me understand the exact cause of this issue? Additionally, what steps should I take to resolve it?
