Is the calorie count accurate on Apple Watch Ultra 1?
Is the calorie count accurate? Other users say no; they say it gives higher calorie counts than other apps and graphs that are online. I wonder if the total amount that it gives (example: 3.5 mile hike is 1800 calories) includes the amount of calories your body uses in normal activity throughout the day, PLUS the activity it is monitoring. Any thoughts?
