Photos Background Change?

While scrolling through pictures in the Photos app (on an iMac) the area surrounding the picture (inside the window) is white. Is there a way to make it black? Many thanks in advance.

Change to Dark Mode when viewing and change back when done viewing images. I use Dark Mode 100% of time, but some don’t like it.
