How can I go back to having Photos in iOS arranged like they were pre iOS18? I can’t find anything in my camera roll!

Ever since iOS18’s “big changes” to the Photos app I’ve found it super frustrating to be able to find the items I’m looking for.

When I take a screenshot or download a WhatsApp photo I want it to be right there at the end of my camera roll just like it always was - now it’s squirreled away in some hidden folder of a folder (organised all by itself - it probably has some sense to it but from PoV it’s pretty random!)

Some of the changes, like introducing grouped Albums etc are helpful I guess, but is there *any* way I can change settings somewhere to go back to having a simplified camera roll? Please?!
