I’m new to iOS , and accidentally I clicked on “allow instagram notifications” and now I can’t receive pop up/push notifications, on my instagram app settings there is no notifications thing, but there is apple AI thing, and with AliExpress I can see the notifications setting

go to apps (at the bottom of the system settings) and now scroll to instagram. You will be able to change the type of notification you get.
Or go to system settings --> notifications --> and scroll to the instagram notifications --> and change it from there

Delete the Instagram app and re-install it. When you launch if for the first time after that, you should be asked to chose all the correct permissions.
