Pad unresponsive, unable to force restart.
my ipad is frozen and I have tried to reset with the volume button and power button. Still will not reset

If you're following the steps here:
If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
and it's not working, make an appointment at an Apple Store or authorized Apple service center and have your iPad examined.
