Paid for something online

Hello! 9 days ago i paid for one plushy using apple pay and i haven t received that order so far.. i think it s a scam because they can t even respond to my email or something.. can i refund that purchase somehow? I used apple pay, and the site is hellosanrio.store.. i want to know how to make a refound because it s a bad scam

It makes no difference that you used Apple Pay. Using Apple Pay just means the merchant did not receive the actual Account Number of the card that was used.

Your options are the same, whether you used Apple Pay to process the transaction or gave them the card details yourself:

First, you have to attempt to contact the merchant to request a refund or resolve the issue.
After that, contact the bank you used for the payment to dispute the charge. Apple Pay is not a bank.
For a scam site, those can also be reported to your local government agencies that offer consumer protections.
