Apple changed business to permanently closed and wont update to our new location
We have submitted several requests for the new address of our business, apple has yet to update it and now apple maps has it listed as permanently closed.

If you are already working with Apple, there is little that we as end users can do for you here. Apple won't see your concern here. This is beyond the scope of these tech-help forums.
All I can offer is my experience when the museum where I volunteer was listed on Apple Maps to be in a residential neighborhood over four miles away. The Maps team contacted me by email but it was about two weeks after sending the initial report. We had a few back-and-forth mails as they tried to confirm I was acting on behalf of the museum director, but this suddenly was resolved when I sent screenshots from "another" map service showing us in the proper location. Hint, hint
